Old house located in the town centre, adjoining the owners' accommodation. Ground floor (internal steps): living room/kitchen, utility room, lounge, shower room, WC. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (1 double bed) (1 double bed) (1 double bed). Wifi. An enclosed courtyard of 90 m² at the front (garden furniture, plancha) and an enclosed courtyard of 32 m² at the back. Public parking in front of the cottage.

Thiré is a pretty village in the South Vendée. Supermarket with regional products every Friday morning, bakeries and pastries 5 km away. Baroque music festival at the Jardins de William Christie every year at the end of August. Bar, restaurant, swimming pool 5 km away, tennis court in the village, ocean 30 km away, forest 25 km away, Venise Verte 25 km away with many activities for children. Les Sables d'Olonne, the islands of Ré, Noirmoutier, Aix and Oléron are accessible during the day. No tourist tax.

Normalement chiens admis et une fois arrivés on vous dit que l on ne doit pas laisser le chien seul nous avons dû trouver un gardiennage sachant que nous allions pendant 4 jours au puy du fou des frais supplémentaire 150 euros pour 3 jours annonce
