LGBT Welcoming Hotels in Thirroul

Clean, cheap room and shared bathrooms. But sound insulation was a bit lacking.

Needed a place for me and a group of friends to stay for the weekend. Our room was clean. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Room was clean, view was lovely. The attitude of all except two of the staff was below hospitality standard. Lack of friendliness, interest in the guest, no bend over backwards approach. I have run many hospitality venues, from restaurants to having the directorship of an island resort in the Pacific and to me the only ingredient missing from your hotel is engagement with the guest, a smile, a how are you, an interest in the person in front of them. The only person I encountered who was truly hospitable was a young male barman.
