The Drury Hotels present a standard of service across the franchises that we have returned to many times. We have even recommended to family because of this. What has shocked me this time is the abrupt dismissal by your beverage area manager. my husband made his way albeit slowly to collect.drinks for us and was turned away at 703 the manager said he saw him come up. As a disabled senior there was no compassion for this horendous infraction of the 7pm cutoff tume i went to the manager to ask for consideration only to recieve an indifferent refusal. So do you think we might return to the drury, and more so will i hear from you that you care? Thanks for asking my opinion

Small Beds, Nasty Spa!

The hotel was newly renovated, which is always a plus, but the bed sizes were not as advertised. They advertise two queen size beds, but we received two full size beds. My wife and I were squished together. The pool and spa were nicely heated, but it was very filthy. The spa had a lot of accumulated dead skin and body oils in it. It looked like dirty bath water. Probably could’ve used more chlorine. Then to top it all off, we were awakened by fire alarms at 5am. One of the hotel staff burned a towel in the dryer. We had to evacuate for over 2 hours. I’m glad it wasn’t anything major, and no one was hurt, but that could’ve been avoided.

Great value and mid stop from Atlanta to Tampa especially having a child. Great indoor/outdoor pool area and good size hot tub. Pool wasn’t freezing and actually enjoyable. Nice happy hour and snacks which we were expecting and breakfast was a hit for our son. Olive Garden in parking lot for dinner. Happy with the pit stop choice.
