Cheap and very basic. Handy to find somewhere for £60 a night that has a fridge, mini kitchen. Underground parking cost extra. Breakfast was basic, not much choice. Worst thing was that it’s right on top of railway lines and from about 5am onwards you hear a loud alarm going off (to warn of an oncoming train) followed by the thunderous noise of the train going past

they provided me with a wrong code for the mail box so I couldnt get my key! They were close (Sunday 8.05pm). So I had to be accommodated somewhere else for my first night. The area doesn't feel safe at all.

I'm sure the Hotel once was in perfect condition but it is a bit run down now. Neither the cuttlery nor the dishes were clean, some of the cuttlery was even bent and not comfortable to use. The sponge and dish towel were missing although the staff immediately handed us those upon asking. The whole room smelled heavily of fish/old fat, not even opening the windows for a few minutes helped. The staff was really friendly but I do think the hotel needs a do-over and the rooms should definitely be properly cleaned before the next guests arrive.

Convenable pour le prix. Les chambres ne sont pas climatisĂ©es, mais c'est indiquĂ© sur le site. Donc en cas de forte chaleur, attention car le ventilateur peut ne pas suffire si vous ĂȘtes sensible Ă  la chaleur. Personnel trĂšs sympathique cependant et le pdj est par contre trĂšs correct pour le prix. Ça va si vous passez 1-2 nuits Ă  Thonon et que vous ne cherchez pas le grand confort.
