The bungalow can accommodate a maximum of ten adults, and two children (12 guests total). For reservations exceeding ten people, we prepare two additional single beds in the basement.

We do not allow parties, events or 'gatherings' of any kind. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the house rules, please inquire before booking.

Pets are subject to approval and MUST be registered.

For your safety and security, exterior cameras are installed around the property.

We have a Minut noise sensor inside the home. The noise sensor does NOT record any audio/video, or store any information. The neighbours are sensitive to noise and having a sensor allows us as the hosts and you as the guests to uphold the quiet and quaint values of the neighbourhood. Should your group set off the noise monitor (particularly after 11PM), you'll get a quick note from us letting you know. We want to avoid any issues that might escalate.

House exactly as described and in pictures; everything was in perfect condition; very clean linens and there are a lot of clean white towels! Kitchen well stocked with everything we needed. Very quiet neighborhood. Enjoyed backyard area. Nicole was very responsive and very helpful. Setup was perfect for us as kids had their own sleeping and lounge area downstairs so they loved it.

The design, decor, cleanliness, and subtle choices made this a top notch experience. Unlike so many rentals where the owner cuts corners to save costs, this felt like a 5-star experience run by someone who cares. The beds, linens, coffee maker, furniture, televisions, kid friendly dishes, etc. - everything said first class experience not money making operation. I think my favorite VRBO ever. We’ll be back.

We booked this for a trip to Niagara. My wife and I were on our own for a few days and then joined by some of our adult children. The house was perfect for our purposes with enough space to allow for privacy and all the needed items for comfort! Great stay at Nicole’s place

We had a fantastic stay at Nicole’s VRBO property! My partner, son, his partner, and I visited our daughter for her university hockey graduation, and we couldn't have been happier with our accommodation. The furnishings and appliances were top-notch, the bedrooms were incredibly comfortable, and the cleanliness was impeccable. We enjoyed wonderful meals at the house and had two fun-filled evenings of entertainment with the ping pong table and the multiple games provided. The place itself is bright and luxurious, making our stay even more enjoyable. Nicole was an excellent host, and we highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great getaway. 5 stars all around! Thanks again, Nicole. David, Lucie and family.
