Accommodation In Thousand Oaks

Northwest of Los Angeles, the Santa Monica Mountains meet the Pacific Ocean. Tucked behind those mountains it the City of Thousand Oaks. Here in the middle of the Conejo Valley, the city is full of oak trees (shocker), 120 km of hiking, biking and walking trails and that famous California sunshine. And, of course, great hotels in Thousand Oaks. If you’re looking for a place to enjoy both nature and all the amenities a city of 130,000 people can provide, Thousand Oaks holiday packages might be just what you need.

Things to Do in Thousand Oaks

If you stay in Thousand Oaks accommodation near the Santa Monica Mountains, take a hike! You could see bobcats, quail, coyotes, wildflowers and the elusive Milky Way galaxy without city lights or noise. You’re just a few miles away from gazing at the famously luxurious houses along the Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu and of course, Malibu Beach—home to some of the best surfing in Los Angeles.

Meanwhile, back in the valley, you can watch a performance or stroll through the Gardens of the World at the Thousand Oaks Civic Arts Plaza. Have a picnic against the backdrop of Paradise Falls in Wildwood Park, or browse the exhibits at Chumash Indian Museum. Thousand Oaks hotels also give you access to the international cuisine and the high-end shopping Southern California’s known for.

The hotel is great, the remodeled rooms were done with good tease. Design was wonderful, bed and mattress very good, furnitures Nice and modern, even the mirrors were placed at the right location. The new shower was beautiful with high quality shower doors and a smart comfortable high toilet so you don’t have to call someone to help you up from the toilet. The soap, shampoo and conditioner dispenser in my opinion, should have been placed across the shower head and not across the glass shower door which makes it uncomfortable to move around without having these dispensers in your way. Breakfast was wonderful with the nice lady in charges constantly cleaning and making sure all is good. The only problem I have with the hotel is the $10 parking fee which was so ridiculous , greedy and made me feel that I was taken advantage of. To pay unnecessary fee for parking in a hotel which is actually in the middle of nowhere was just ridiculous and made me a little uncomfortable.
