We booked the Executive Queen Suite. Room was very clean. Loved having the bedroom separate from the living room. Air conditioner units in both rooms! You can tell the hotel is actively upgrading their rooms/bathrooms which is great. We also enjoyed have a Lake view! Breakfast in the restaurant was awesome! Property is older so expect a rooming house feel with older amenities and feel. The parking area often has “sketchy” folks walking about as the property is by the water and park. However the property pros are it is close to downtown, the water and park. Breakfast was not included unfortunately for the price point.
