I do not have a credit card. The guy at check-in let me use my debit card for the deposit. In the morning at checkout I was told I did not need to get the refund as it will automatically be returned. So I left for the airport. The hotel front desk called me and said I need to be in person, at which time I was waiting for my flight to Toronto. I emailed the manager and never heard back from anyone. To this date they still owe me $150 for deposit. Thanks

On site restaurant was good and serving staff excellent. Room condition - quiet, comfortable bed. Safe. Downside was dirty floor and various small garbage under the bed (which my puppy found). Floor was not swept the 4 days we were there. No sheets on sofa bed. Missing hand towels and face towels and bath mat. Parking by room was great. Given hotel is next to airport it was very quiet. Great sir conditioning. Common hallway carpet not vacuumed the whole weekend - empty butter container and bits of food wrap visible.
