Only one socket in kitchen area, reception staff hard to get hold of even when meant to be open. Cleaning staff cheerful.

ideal for beach and restaurants

arrived to be told they had overbooked was put in rossamar for 1 night the following night we were put in fayna next day we were put in flamingo app witch did not have a sea veiw witch we booked for overall it was very disapointing and upsetting we are pensioners and we got very stressed mr and mrs g /a ibbetson

everything was going well untill the building work started on las arcos next door . sitting round the pool listening to a drill and a bangin hammer all day was not what we expected. be warned it's goin on for quite a while longer yet.

Fabulous holiday

A fabulous location on the strip, by restraunts bars and shops, and right by a gorgeous beach. Had a fabulous view of the sea from balcony, all the staff were very friendly and helpful. The property was gated, so very safe and secure. Also lovely pool area, great for families and couples....very relaxed setting. Would highly recommend these apartments to all

Only drawback was reception is through the Fayna Apartments around the corner which we didn't realise when waiting at the gate for Flamingo.

apartmentos flamingo Puerto Del Carmen

The apartments were in a great location close to all amenities but still quiet , the apartment was spacious ,clean ,and well equipped.The staff were friendly and helpful. If coming by taxi asked to be dropped at the fayna apts across from the casino as it is at the reception there you collect the key, The flamingo apts are adjoining them. Overall couldn't fault it would definitely recommend

Good value for money in good location

Apartment very nice and very clean. Two main pools, one heated (the best one) and one not. Maid service every day. Perfect location about 50m from the sea. Difficult to fault, though pillows were a bit lumpy and matress was a not the greatest.

A good choice!

The apartments were clean, spacious and made for a comfortable stay. The location was excellent - right on the main strip in Puerto del Carment and next to a plethora of restaurants, bars and shops.

good location direct on to the main strip in the new town, 5 mins to the beach, asked to keep the room until 4pm on day of departure and because it was quiet there was no problem, staff very friendly and helpful.

EL APARTAMENTO NO ESTA MAL

Lo malo son los alrededores, está todo lleno de bares, restaurantes,... para los guiris. Vamos que para comer unas papas arrugás tienes que irte hasta la parte del pueblo (20 minutos andando). El trato en la recepción muy bien, pero hay algunos empleados que son bastante antipáticos.
