The villa is located in a very quiet residential area of Puerto Del Carmen but is conveniently located just 10 - 15 mins walk from beaches, shops, bars and restaurants. The villa is also only 10 min drive from the airport or a €20 taxi.

Ground Floor

Kitchen

A generously equipped modern kitchen with all new appliances including fridge freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, oven and electric hob.

A spacious utility room with new washing machine, iron and ironing board. Lots of storage space is available in the utility room.

Dining Area

The spacious dining area is supplied with new furniture and can comfortably seat 6 people. There is also ample space to seat a high chair if needed (of which a new high chair is supplied free of charge on request).

Lounge Area

The large and well lit lounge area benefits from a new 6 seater sofa, new coffee \ occasional tables, new 50" LCD TV, new satellite box (with all English and Irish channels, including all Sky movies, all Sky Sports, all BT Sport, Setanta Sport and Premier Sport and At The Races), Blue-Ray DVD player with a wide range of films available and a music system with a selection of CDs available for your use.

Ground Floor Bathroom

The ground floor bathroom consists of a toilet, sink and shower unit.

Upper Floor

The master bedroom has a very comfortable king-size bed, generous wardrobe space with lots of clothes hangers, hairdryer and mirror. The master bedroom benefits from direct access to a beautiful upper terrace area that provides lovely sea views. A new safe is provided in the bedroom.

Second bedroom

The second bedroom has a very comfortable king-size bed, generous wardrobe space with lots of clothes hangers, hairdryer and mirror. There is also space for a travel cot (of which a brand new cot is supplied free of charge on request). The second bedroom also benefits from direct access to the beautiful upper terrace area and has wonderful sea views. A new safe is provided in the bedroom.

Third Bedroom

The third bedroom provides 2 new, comfortable single beds, ideal for children, with a generous amount of wardrobe space with lots of clothes hangers.

Upstairs Bathroom

A new, modern, fully fitted bathroom with toilet, bath, shower, sink, mirror and power socket, with lots of storage space for toiletries.

Wi-Fi

Wi-Fi is provided free of charge and is boosted to be accessible from all areas of the villa, including the outside areas.

Air Conditioning

Four powerful and super quiet, wall mounted air conditioning units are available free of charge, providing cooling for the downstairs lounge and dining areas and one unit in each of the bedrooms.

Private Heated Pool

A newly built 6m x 4m heated private swimming pool with solar pool cover is available. The pool heating is provided free of charge.

Sun Loungers and Parasol

Six sun loungers with padded cushions are available with a matching large parasol to provide ample shade if needed. The pool and sun lounging area benefits from a newly fitted, comfortable and very high standard synthetic grass that is reduces the risk of slipping and is very safe for children.

Outside Dining

The outside dining area benefits from a new large patio dining table with 6 new chairs available, along with a new briquettes barbeque and tools.

Towels

Pool towels are provided for outside use.
Each bedroom has 2 new sets of hand towel, bath towel and bath sheet.
Each bathroom is supplied with towels.


Parking

The Villa is located on a private, well lit, one-way street with very low levels of traffic. Parking is available directly outside the villa on the street.

Refuse and Recycling

Recycling facilities are available only 50m from the villa and non-recyclable refuse is conveniently located 20m away and is collected daily.

Water

Water is solar heated with a 200 litre tank, enabling 6 people to enjoy hot, high pressure showers within a very short space of time. A back up water pump and tank is fitted should the mains supply fail.

Smoke alarms are fitted throughout the Villa for your safety.

An amazing place to stay.

It was our first time booking a villa and to be honest I was a little apprehensive about it beforehand but then we turned the key.First thing we noticed was how clean, big and beautiful the villa is. It was the perfect size for the 4 of us. We absolutely loved our time there, Steve and Mags leave no stone unturned to make the villa feel like a home away from home. From the library of books to the tv/music set up and also all of the cleaning supplies and kitchen condiments and the very generous welcome pack, it was very much appreciated. The villa is very spacious with 3 large double bedrooms, all air conditioned. A very nice tv area (also air conditioned) with a separate dining area. Kitchen has everything you need for cooking with a large fridge freezer, air fryer and Nespresso machine (coffee pods included). The outside space where we spent most of our time has plenty of seating and sun loungers and the pool was fantastic to cool off in. Location wise, it’s no more than 5 minutes walk to a Lidl and several other supermarkets are also close by. Restaurants and bars are a 10 minute walk downhill to either the strip or the old town harbour area. I’ll finish up by saying my only regret was not staying longer, I can’t see myself staying anywhere else when I next visit Puerto Del Carmen. Thank you once again Steve and Mags, hope to visit again soon.

A lovely holiday in Lanzarote

The Villa was all we were hoping for. It was spotlessly clean and very well appointed. The seafront, Old Harbour area and lots of bars and restaurants are just a short walk away. The hosts, Steve and Mags, were very communicative. I would highly recommend this Villa for a holiday.

Another fantastic stay

We were so happy to return to this lovely villa. The bubbly to celebrate dad’s 80th was appreciated. The villa ticks all our boxes for a perfect stay. Comfortable & quiet but all the resort amenities very accessible. It was great to use the heated pool in late November. A really lovely holiday.

Fabulous villa

We have just returned from our stay. Sadly only one week. We were 4 adults and 2 children (1 being an infant). We all agreed this was an amazing villa, we have all stayed in a quite a few over the years but this villa was faultless. Honestly the pictures do not do this villa justice. It was spotlessly clean, very comfortable with everything you would need. The pool was fabulous and very much enjoyed by all. Communication with the hosts was very good . We would highly recommend and will without a doubt book again!

OMG what an absolute little gem. So much to say i dont know where to start. When bookin the holiday the hosts Steve &Mags were fantastic at responding to every query. On arrival at the villa, (10 mins from airport by taxi) it was superb. Immaculate and homely. The sense of homeliness iv never witnessed in any other villa. As the week went on, it was the villa that just kept giving. The beds were so comfortable it was like sleeping on feathers....best sleep every nite. Even tje sunbeds were so comfortable. Its so central, grocery shops very close by and a short stroll from the old town....this has been such a wonderful experience we have already booked to return next year again please God!! Highly highly recommend this villa.

Amazing in every way

We stayed in Villa Margarita for 10 nights (15-25 October 2023). It is definitely the best we have stayed in and we book one every year. From the comfortable roomy living area to the fabulous pool and BBQ area and the convenience of having Lidl literally 2 minutes walk away we enjoyed every minute. The hosts Mags & Steve were very responsive to any query we had. We would highly recommend this villa to everyone. Lovely quiet residential area and less than €5 in taxi to the strip if you don’t feel like walking. The welcome pack was so thoughtful and instruction manual for every appliance was a wonderful help. Just returned from 10 days @ Villa Margarita and we had a wonderful time. The pictures don't do the villa justice. Very spacious. There is a lovely outside eating area which is shaded a lot of the day if you want to get out of the sun and Longers beside the pool which get sun most of the day. Bedrooms are a good side with plenty of storage and loads of hangers which is unusual. There is also a lovely balcony off the 2 double bedrooms which a lovely view of the sea. Good size bathroom with a powerful shower. There is a Lidl Just a 2 min walk from the villa which has everything you would need and its about 10 min walk to all the main bars and restaurants. the only small negative was the air con. It did get hot in the bedrooms as there is only one air con unit upstairs and it struggled to keep all 3 bedrooms cool. ( We did have temps of 38 though for a few days so that didn't help ). We would defiantly return to Villa Margarita in the future. We have even tried to book for next year and it already fully booked which we are not surprised about

This is a very spacious and well appointed villa. There is a nice outside area with a heated pool, BBQ and eating area, and we loved the upstairs balcony off two of the bedrooms - a lovely spot to hide away and read a book or for drinks and nibbles. It is an easy walk to the harbour and old town and just across the road from a well stocked Lidl. The owners were great with communication and couldn’t have been more helpful. We had a lovely time here and thoroughly recommend!

Been to Lanzarote many times and stayed in Villas, Apartments and Hotels. Villa Margarita is by far the best we’ve stayed in. Villa just as described if not better. Everything so easy to use down to the great instructions left for the TV, cooker etc. location fantastic and just across the road from Lidl supermarket, however with the welcome pack we only needed to go once to top up on water. Beds very comfy and lots of wardrobe space. Just loved it all. Thank you very letting us stay in your lovely home and we’ll be checking for free dates to come back as soon as we can. Jill

Outstanding!

This was my third visit to Puerto del Carmen after two previous visits in Dec 2018 and Jan 2020 (just me and the wife in a small apartment). This time we required something a little larger as we were travelling with four other adults and a two year old child. Prior to booking we had considered several villas, but Villa Margarita ticked all the boxes. Before our arrival on 16th Nov 2021, Steve and Mags sent us all the information required to find and access the villa without any fuss. We were immediately impressed with the layout and size of the villa. Steve and Mags have done an excellent job of making you feel right at home, and we had everything we could have needed and much more. We particularly liked that even the little things had been taken care of such as sewing kit (this was needed when my wife broke the zip on her bag), first aid kit (this was needed when my daughter fell off a scooter), bread, milk, cheese, ham, the list goes on and on. Steve and Mags had even left a birthday card and bottle of Cava for my wife as we had previously mentioned this holiday was for her 50th. The three bedrooms are a good size and the beds incredibly comfortable. There are two bathrooms, a larger one upstairs with a bath/shower and a smaller one downstairs with a shower. We never had an issue with the hot water running out (as we have in the past) I would assume because of the huge water heater on the roof. The kitchen has all the facilities you need including cooker/hob, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Then there's the heated swimming pool which gave us all hours of fun. The pool was cleaned twice during our 10 day stay by Martin, and the bed linen and towels were replaced by Julie once during our stay, so I would like to extend a big thank you to Martin and Julie for that. All in all, we have absolutely no complaints about our stay at Villa Margarita (and I'm a very hard person to please). There's a Lidl just over the road, Biosfera shopping centre just a short walk down the road, and it ain't a million miles away from the main strip/beach, probably equaly as close to the old town and Playa Chica. Would we stay at Villa Margarita again? 110% YES! Our next visit to PDC is likely to be just me and the wife again, but if we do plan another family holiday, Villa Margarita will be top of the list! A fantastic villa, perfect in every way

We all made use of the lovely heated pool every day, which has sun all day long. The villa was so comfortable and kitted out with every home comfort you could wish for. We enjoyed lounging on the upper terrace in the evening. Lidl was so convenient for fresh pastries on the patio every day. Then 10 minutes walk into Old Town. We are like kings all week by following many of the owners recommendations. Lunch in Cafe Ola overlooking the sea, pizza was lovely. Dinner in Sebastyans - best steak of the holiday and amazing view we felt like movie stars! The friendliest service & fantastic food from My Kitchen by Julius in Old Town, Burger with a wow factor in Good Old Days (and more stunning views). Best classy Italian at Casa Del Parmigiana. We are already planning our return and can’t praise it enough.

Our first time staying in a Villa

We had never stayed in a villa before, always booked hotel but with covid and having a 17month old along with a 9 year old we thought it would be best to book a villa to give us more space. We had never booked one before and didn't know what to expect. Our transfer from the airport knew exactly where the villa was and even showed us where to get the key! The villa is right across the road from Lidl and only a walk into the old town and a further walk into new town. We walked in and out every day. No need for a car or a taxi! We couldn't fault the villa at all. The pool got cleaned every few days, lady called to change bedding but our little one was asleep so at our request she left the bedding and we changed it ourselves and she returned to collect the used bedding the following day. There's any amount of towels, pool toys, cutlery, mugs, classes and a washing machine. We really couldn't fault this place at all, Steve and Mags were very good at answering any questions we had before we left and when we arrived. We even met their neighbours across the road. It's a lovely quite location. We had a lovely time and will find it hard next year to try and find a villa in another country up to the same standard. I cannot believe our stay is over already. We had an amazing time and really appreciated the late checkout.

Amazing villa

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Margarita. Steve & Mags have thought of everything you could possibly need during your stay. We had planned our holiday for my husband’s 60th birthday and on arrival as well as a selection of ‘essentials’ - tea, coffee, eggs, milk we found a card and bottle of wine for the birthday boy’ which was such a thoughtful touch. The pool area is amazing and heated which was handy in February! The villa is far enough away from the centre to avoid lots of noisy nightlife but not too far to walk either into the old town or along the main beach road where there are plenty of places to eat, drink and shop. Steve and Mags answered any questions we had almost immediately and the check in instructions and directions were extremely clear. There are clear instructions for all appliances and recommendations for days out, restaurants etc which we found really helpful. We cannot recommend this villa highly enough for either couples or families and we will certainly be looking to stay again on our next visit to Lanzarote. Julie & Ian
