Infelizmente, ao entrar no cômodo reservado, logo observei que as fotos eram completamente diferentes daquelas presentes no site. O site mostrava a suíte executiva (que reservamos), com uma bela varanda acessando um jardim, onde era possível relaxar numa rede. Nosso quarto não tinha varanda, o local de armar a rede era num cubículo fechado, que dava para uma parede, sem qualquer ventilação. Ao reclamar na recepção, fui informado que o hotel estava lotado e não havia acomodação disponível para troca. Porém, ao acessar o site, mostrava disponibilidade em todas os tipos de acomodação. Óbvia a má vontade por parte da equipe. Batizei carinhosamente meu "quarto" de puxadinho, não sem razão, pois era algo claramente improvisado. Para completar, o box do banheiro alagava o restante do banheiro. No dia seguinte, fomos a praia e quando regressamos, por volta das 13 horas, o quarto ainda não tinha sido arrumado. tentei cobrar da recepção e o interfone não funcionava. Finalmente apareceu alguém para limpar o quarto e deixaram o piso do quarto e do banheiro molhados de forma que poderia até causar um acidente (tudo isso vai ser mostrado em fotos). Já conhecia o hotel, tem uma boa estrutura, boas piscinas, vegetação ok, mas, infelizmente, essa nossa estadia foi nota 0. Provavelmente, ao reservarem vossas estadias, rezem para que o dado os coloquem nos quartos melhores, que sei que tem. Se tiverem o azar de serem colocados no "puxadinho", vão pagar o valor de um quarto X e vão receber 1/2X
