Lovely stay at this beautiful suite with fantastic views of the ocean. Check in was easy and smooth, and there was free parking on the site. The room included great amenities, including soap and shampoo in the bathroom. Location was fantastic, right around some great restaurants and literally across the street from the kineret. Room smelt strongly of smoke on arrival, but that soon cleared up. Communication with Yossi was fast and easy, and we had a very pleasant stay! Thank you

This property was the worst place ever. Unfriendly staff and the area is drug-infested. I found out it’s not a safe area to be at the foreign land for myself and my family. Once I saw the room How dirty it was, l decide not to go back. we have to look for another hotel in the middle of the night. I don’t know where the name luxury came from.

Nice apartment but unprofessional management

The apartment was compact but very nice. The view was good and we were very comfortable. The only issue I ran into was communication for checkin. I booked 2 days before the stay but never received any check in instructions. The building is just an apartment building with no reception desk. I tried calling the number on the reservation 3 times but got no answer. I asked a few people around but no one I asked knew anything. Eventually I called hotels.com and they tried multiple phone numbers before reaching someone. Finally we located the right person who showed us where to go. At his defense, he did try to call me (he even showed me in his call history) but he was dialing the number incorrectly. Still, every other time I've booked a place like this through hotels.com I've received detailed checkin instructions by email. While this was annoying, it wasn't that big of a deal. However, after checkin I got an email from hotels.com asking me to review the checkin experience. I responded fairly but honestly saying the checkin process was not smooth but the apartment was very nice. The next morning upon checkout the owner confronted me and gave me a hard time about leaving him a negative review about checkin. Dropping the ball with checkin is one thing, but confronting me about an honest review crosses the line. So while the apartment is nice, the owner is unfortunately unprofessional and I wouldn't recommend this place. If you want good reviews, provide good professional service.

I thought we were booking a hotel....if that’s what you’re looking for this isn’t the place. This is so much better. A full apartment with a balcony overlooking the Sea. Great location and free parking. Lots of room and privacy. Rent it, you’ll be glad you did.

L'arrivée est problématique car il n'y a pas de réception et c'est très mal indiqué. L'appartement est coquet avec tout le confort. Les parties communes laissent vraiment à désirer. Par ailleurs le petit balcon agréable donnait malheureusement au dessus d'un tas de matelas usagés de chaises abimées etc...Tout ceci est bien dommage car ce joli petit appartement aurait mérité un autre environnement.

Preis-Leistung ist gut. Check-in ist katastrophal, keiner kennt sich aus. Nicht besonders sauber. Balkon mit Seeblick ist super-klasse. 2 Räume und Badezimmer ist toll. Lage ist auch gut. Fön funktioniert nicht. Keine Seife.
