Called and asked for lower level room since it was raining and was denied because I used a third party. Rooms not in order, so climbed stairs went to wrong side of building. Mind that it was raining and I had 4 bags. Packed by bags and drove to the other side. Climbed another flight of stairs that had no lighting and got to correct room and key would not work. Got another set of keys and entered the room. Turn on heater because it was cold, waited 30 minutes and all I go was cool air. Called and maintenance came to clarify the heater did not work and requested to be moved to a lower level (like I originally requested). I went to my event and when I came back, the key was not working. Drove to office and retrieved another set of keys and still didn't work. Associate had to come to room and open the door. (I was not quick enough to insert card and open door).

The temperature was comfortable as well as the bed. The bathroom was clean and well-stocked. The shower temperature was easy to adjust. There were a few problems, however. The refrigerator temperature was a little too cold. It turned some of my drinks to ice. Also, on the television, the picture kept freezing and the audio kept cutting off. There was something wrong with the TV.
