Bed bugs

We woke up at 2:30am being bit by a huge number of bed bugs which were crawling all over the bed we an our infant was sleeping on. The hotel staff was very helpful but may whole large family of small kids had to switch rooms at 3am and then try to mitigates any possibility of bringing the bugs home with us, which was no easy task. My husband took a few more photos but here are the

Disappointed

Wasn’t to impressed! The bathroom was super sticky. The toilet bowl was dirty and the shelves were also dirty. Towels were very old. They painted the room put there was paint splattered all over the furniture and the coffee machine. I was very disappointed with the whole experience! Will not stay there again!

Great staff!! Good location as usual...Hampton Inns have the best locations nation wide, I drove across the nation last year and they were always in a safe and great location for food & drink. Thats huge.

Hotel was fully booked. We arrived and checked-in at 5:30. Went to the room and the cleaning crew was in the hallway. The room wasn't cleaned yet. Nice lady jumped on the task and had us in the room in 20 minutes.

The "dog park" was unsafe for dogs. There were multiple areas in the fencing that had holes allowing for dogs to escape and or cut themselves. My dog did go inside the park, but only in a leash.

The front desk staff were nice. The property itself was so far below what I’ve come to expect from a hotel, much less a Hampton. Coffee dispensers on broken table with broken and shattered glass. Worn and scuffed and dirty walls, elevator, eating area. Lobby was just worn and dirty and cluttered with stuff. Beds were barely made and bedskirts left wherever they caught and falling off. So terribly disappointed!

Typical Hampton Inn

This likely is the best hotel in Adel. Pretty typical Hampton Inn with an a/c unit as loud as a jet engine. There are very poor dining options in area, I’d rather have stayed 25 miles north or south in Tifton or Valdosta. Desk staff was excellent.
