I work for a law enforcement agency. In the process of trying to cancel the room I had not even checked into the front desk clerk was continuously rude, I asked what I needed to do, that there would not be a cancellation fee as it was reserved by a booking agency. Oh no, they hit me for an additional $59 charge.
