Die Zimmer sind sehr klein. Es gibt keinen Schrank oder eine Kommode!!! Man weiß nicht, wo man seine WĂ€sche ablegen soll. Man lebt definitiv aus dem Koffer. Geht ĂŒberhaupt nicht!

Wundervoller Aufenthalt in renoviertem Hotel

Das Hotel liegt in einer schöner erhöhten Lage am Gardasee und bietet den einen großartigen Blick auf den See. Trotz Hauptsaison war es sehr entspannt. Vor allem der gute und ĂŒberaus freundliche Service sucht seinesgleichen! Nur zu empfehlen!

Kokonaisvaikutelma pettymys

Valitsimme tÀmÀn hotellin Gardan lomamme ajaksi, koska se oli saanut paljon erinomaisia arvioita. TÀstÀ syystÀ odotuksemme olivat korkealla, mutta valitettavasti hotelli yltÀÀ korkeintaan keskitasolle. Huone oli mukava, kivasti sisustettu ja nÀkymÀt toki upeat. Siivous oli kuitenkin heikkotasoista. Huoneemme jÀtettiin yhtenÀ pÀivÀnÀ kokonaan siivoamatta. Siivous oli suurpiirteistÀ, ei esim. viety pois kaikkia roskia tai kÀytettyjÀ astioita, eikÀ tehty minkÀÀnlaista tavaroiden jÀrjestestelyÀ. Kerran huoneen jÀÀkaappi oli irrotettu pistorasiasta, minkÀ seurauksena lapsemme ruuat ja maidot olivat kÀyttökelvottomia. Hotellin aamiainen ei myöskÀÀn saa kehuja. Aamiainen oli huomattavan kallis (20 e per aamiainen) eikÀ tarjonta ollut erityisen runsas. TÀllöin hinnalla olisi voinut odottaa enemmÀn kuin lÀhinnÀ leipÀÀ ja jugurttia. Hotellin työntekijÀt olivat pÀÀosin ystÀvÀllisiÀ, mutta yhtenÀ iltana saavuimme vasta puolen yön aikaan niin ettÀ hotellin pÀÀovet olivat lukossa. Saimme työntekijÀltÀ ikÀvÀn katseen ja moitteen pÀÀoven kÀyttÀmisestÀ. Kukaan ei kuitenkaan ollut neuvonut meille etukÀteen, ettÀ pÀÀovesta ei sovi tulla nÀin myöhÀiseen aikaan. Yksi rasittava asia oli myös parkkipaikkojen puute. Hotelli sijaitsee syrjÀssÀ vuoristossa enkÀ usko kenenkÀÀn saapuvan hotelliin ilman omaa autoa. Parkkipaikat kuitenkin olivat melkein joka pÀivÀ tÀynnÀ siten, ettÀ jouduimme jÀttÀmÀÀn auton vain check-iniÀ varten varatulle paikalle. MeitÀ moitittiin tÀstÀkin vaikka vaihtoehtoja ei ollut.

Bra boende i nyrenoverat och rent skick. Mycket trevlig och hjÀlpsam personal. VÀgarna upp till boendet Àr krokiga och branta och pÄ slutet vÀldigt smala men nÀr man kommer upp har man en fantastisk utsikt över sjön.
