Honteux

Nous avons loué cet appartement du 18 février au 4 mars 2023. Il s'agit d'un studio cabine de 24m2 typique des programmes immobiliers de première génération. Nous savions donc les lieux exigus. Ayant payé plus de 2400 euros (!) nous nous attendions bien entendu à un appartement confortable, bien entretenu et propre Ce que nous avons découvert à notre arrivée est honteux. Les lieux sont défraichis, bricolés et sales. Mais surtout, ils sont totalement encombrés de quantités d'effets personnels des propriétaires. Tous les espaces de rangement, à une exception près, sont fermés à clef; nous n'avons même pas pu défaire nos bagages. Le canapé est un lit d'appoint, il est donc très inconfortable, la cuisine est encombrée d'objets inutiles et de denrées alimentaires parfois dépassées de plus de quinze ans. Cet encombrement est tel que, globalement, l'hygiène est douteuse et l'appartement invivable pour 4 personnes. Le propriétaire fait état de 2 étoiles pour ce logement mais nous n'avons jamais reçu de justificatif. Nous avons donc contacté "La Maison de Tignes" et la mairie; l'appartement n'est pas repris comme bien mis en location. Un dossier a été ouvert par la mairie, c'est tout dire...
