The advert makes it look bigger than it is. Many of the reviews comment on the state of the building which is poor, and the noise of the nightclub, but there were other issues that were more pressing IMO. The apartment is simply too small for a family of 4, there is one bunk bed and a couch - but it’s not a proper pull out - it’s just a small cushion under a couch that is more of a futon. I’m only 5’8” and I was too big for any of the bedding. The saving grace is the location could not be better, the parking is good enough, and the skiing in Tignes is the best off piste in France as far as I can tell, so a great destination, but not a great accommodation.
