The superior room was very nice and clean, comfortable bed, great HVAC. The staff was pleasant.The only thing that needs improvement is the breakfast. The food isnt very good, but there are a lot of great places to eat within 100 meters walking distance so not a big deal. The workout room treadmills are not in working oder which is inconvenient.

No toallas en la habitación. Ya que las lavaron no las enviaban al cuarto no tenían personal. Se terminó el desayuno y no lo repusieron pronto. Y al hacer check out no había nadie en recepción. Marque como 4 veces para avisar que deje la llave y que me había retirado, nunca contestaron el teléfono. El hotel está bien general pero si necesitan mejorar el servicio
