Clean Rooms, Fresh and clean sheets. Love the quiet room considering that its conveniently located near the airport and Garita de Otay it was very quiet. Safe parking and staff was very helpful and attentive. Breakfast was offered but didn't get to enjoy it due to my timeline. One of the best hotels I stayed in Tijuana, I will be back.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hampton! The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The staff was exceptional, but we especially want to recognize Miguel for his outstanding customer service. He went above and beyond throughout all three nights of our stay, always making sure we had everything we needed from breakfast to the pool area and even room service. His kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail truly made our experience memorable. Thank you, Miguel, and the entire Hampton team Patricio and Nestor for making our stay so enjoyable. We will definitely be back
