The staff were amazing the room was clean. I had to move on the second night after being locked out of my room several times because the door stuck and the toilet was leaking slowly at the bottom. They kept coming to do repairs to the room and it was time consuming.

Most of the rooms were recently remodeled. We stay here at least once a month for weekends & love the location. Close to the beach and all the cool events. We feel at he here.

The hotel staff only had one key to the room. We accidently locked the key in the room. We were told we couldn’t leave the hotel until the key was recovered just incase we had actually lost it. The maintenance man had to climb through the vent to unlock the room door: the heater also didn’t heat the room. It was freezing to the point that our noses started running. We actually got sick during our stay due to how cold it was. The hotel staff said they’d send maintenance up but never did.

Was close to Papas & beer don’t get me wrong if you look it up it tells you it’s a 8-10 minute walk me personally I enjoy walking around rosarito so it was fine. The staff was helpful and friendly I didn’t have any problems during check in, hotel was nice and clean, this is my second time staying will do so again.
