Everything was alright except for the music. There are bars nearby and play music until 3am. You can hear it clearly through the walls. Don’t expect to sleep well.

Mal servicio por parte de mantenimiento el Jacusi nunca se calentó y la alberca estaba súper fría y no la tenían preparada para los pocos huéspedes que estábamos ahí! Les pedimos tuayas y nuca nos las entregaron pasamos una hora esperando a que ajustaran el agua del jacusi y nuca lo hicieron!

Muuy asombrada y sacada de honda porqe Me cobraron extra porque les ensucie una covija que pesava como 50 kilos ,la puse en el suelo la ensucie un poco en una esquina con cerveza , me parecio ridiculo qe me cobraran,,,,tenemos años yendo ahi,muuy desepcionada.. tener q dejar de ir ahi ,por aver ensuciado in poco una covija ,,rudiculo.👎

Love the place and especially the area but gets a 3 star from me for not having air conditioner and no mini fridge. Also the check in process was a little too much. The views are amazing as well. Walking distance to beach and downtown areas.

Habitación con bonita vista, sería bueno que el persona usara vestimenta que los distinga como trabajadores del hotel. El personal fue muy amable sólo como comentario sería bueno que digan que el estacionamiento del hotel lo cobran por noche.
