The hotel is located in a convenient location at a walking distance from Avenida Revolución. The aesthetics of the interior are elegant with marble floors and volcanic stone walls. Most of the staff was pleasing and friendly during my stay. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

This was my first time and was a little skeptical because saw googles street view but it didn’t match. The pictures for the hotel is truly what the hotel looks like. Having the car inside the garage was a piece of mind, the food was delicious. We got a room with three beds and everything was clean and in order. Would definitely go back and stay there again.

Clean hotel but not accessible

Clean hotel. The room was comfortable although we had loud neighbors on weekend evenings, so bring earplugs The biggest issue I had was that the hotel is NOT wheelchair accessible, even though it was stated as accessible in the listing. For this reason it was not possible for my elderly mom to come and go as she pleased. Issues aside the cleaning staff and rooftop staff were kind and professional.

The AC was hard to set, and it would reset back to warm and humid on its own. There was a long black hair on one of the tables when we arrived. The facilities seemed outdated and there were a couple of holes on the wall. The toilet was not functioning properly when flushing.

Nice place in the heart of downtown TJ

Interior rooms with only window looking out on hallway. Very modern and clean. The elevator is modern and larger than European elevators. Staff was friendly and efficient.

The staff was very kind and helpful. Our 1st room had this sewer smell 2nd room was ok but hot AC unit only cool down on one side of the room. It looks like they just updated the hotel but have little misshapen all over the room and bathroom. I hope they take care of these issues soon.
