The hotel is relatively new but there is paint peeling off the fixtures in the restroom are missing. And the staff at check in were extremely rude. Horrible experience

Super convenient, easy check-in Breakfast was not all of that, but it was great to have something before everything else opened up Staff was amazing and kind, we do not encounter any issues at all The shopping center was great, we had so many options to eat and shop at a walking distance After needing to return to Tijuana, we absolutely came back for a second trip that lasted a week and we booked this hotel again

The room was perfect and clean the only downside is that it's in a plaza, that night they had a rock band all night and the workers that where outside cleaning where very loud. Didn't get much sleep.
