The location is great but the service sucks. The curly hair guy in the restaurant who I believe was the hostess wasn’t nice at all. He has a really bad attitude, he doesn’t made us feel welcome. Honestly we expect a better service because the hotel is really nice and it’s not cheap. I don’t think I’m staying here ever again.

Easy check in. Modern facilities. Practical room. Too much noise if your room is facing the Main Street. As in any hotel property, you will encounter dedicated and polite staff and others who appear to be unpleased to be there and transmit that energy.

Feels luxurious. Staff is overall attentive and friendly. Outside restaurants have a nice vibe. My room faced the street and the traffic noise was at times excessive, eject on the 5th floor. Running water noise from the plumbing system was also disturbing at night. I will return.

It was about as nice as a hotel could be in TJ. Clean and professional staff and free breakfast. Unfortunately the AC stopped working in the middle of the night which was less than fun. Someone came to help but it didn’t stick.

For advertising as an upscale hotel.. it was just fine.. nothing spectacular nor luxurious.. The rooms were small as was their bar and reception area.. nice try but not there..
