The reception desk pushes customers to fill in electronic survey as one is checking in. They stood next me to see what I was entering. Room I was given was not the room that was in picture. I spend thousands a year on hotels.com Jr. Suite king shows a balcony online. Suite I was given did not have a balcony.

The toilet was clogged and called twice to get it serviced or switched rooms never happened. Talked to a staff member in regards to the situation all she mentioned was someone will be there 10-15mins never arrived either. Had to go to the lobby every time we had to use the restroom.
