NOT as advertised
This is an awful place. We arrived at 10pm. The front door is a gentlemen's club. To get to the apartment you call from the street for the garage to open. The room had no curtain on the front window. The back door had no lock. There is no desk. A worker opens the door. He checked the room and went to get toilet paper and light bulbs. We booked at the last minute. We were charged $320 by hotels so we thought we were getting something special. I now see that the normal price is $75. It's advertised as walking distance to Papa's. Or you could take a taxi. As far as it being a beach property, you have a view of the Rosarito Beach Hotel that has a view of the beach.

Cable never work kitchen imcomple no refrigerator to keep the food and no stove to cook.

Not what I expected .... ☹️ the apartment had no stove refrigerator was not working properly not enough clean towels hard time getting in and out of property. Not worth paying $200 a night no AC
