Nice hotel and room was cleaner this time than last but bathroom floor was dirty. Does seem attendant did not clean floor with mop. I wiped floor with washcloth upon arrival as I saw dirt and wash cloth was covered in dirt. Elevators are terrifying but hotel has Great morning coffee and an awesome gym.

I had a much better experience this time. I avoided the elevator and I got a room on the1st floor. I’m told the elevators will be replaced soon. This has been my go to hotel for several years. I’m happy to report a great customer service experience.

The cleaning crew did not clean the entire time I stayed. What they did do is empty the trash and basically make the bed using dirty sheets (e.g., it clearly had make up on the pillows). I would never recommend this place to anyone. This hotel seems to be very different than IHG standard and I’m not sure why. Save your money and your time.
