Next to the sandy beach of Stavros and just outside the village of Tinos, we offer exclusive houses and a windmill for short-term vacation rentals. All houses enjoy unique views on the Aegean Sea and nearby islands and feature verandas with outdoor dining and relaxing space and fully equipped kitchens. The property is ideal for families or couples seeking a quiet spot, yet close to the village and the beach.
An old windmill from 1600, it has been recently transformed into a unique and comfortable 90sqm house, respecting the traditional style and using mainly local and natural materials.
It develops on 3 floors: On the ground floor there is a living room, kitchen and bathroom with shower and bidet. On the first floor there is a double bedroom and a small en suite bathroom. On the second floor there are two single beds (with the possibility to add a third one); the room can be also used as living area. All around the windmill there is an exclusive terrace with a pergola where you can relax, dine and enjoy the view.
Stavros beach is right below the house with easy access also with kids.

Marvellous view on the Aegean See and the Greek islands
We had a wonderful stay in the windmill at Stavros Bay and enjoyed on the terrace every evening the sunset and the breathtaking view on the see and the coastline of Tinos.
The windmill provides basic, but adequate facilities suitable for summer vacation and creates a summery, countryside feeling. The shaded terrace is well equipped with tables, chairs and deckchairs. Two young cats provided us company during the whole week and seemed to be at home there.
This is an ideal location for couples without children as the nice stone stairway leading to the three levels of the windmill has no protection.
