En suite was out of our room and could be accessed by anyone, wasn’t lockable. Choir practice tomorrow every Tuesday 10pm till 11.30 pm making sleep impossible till they had finished. Safe was not useable

I am sorry that you encountered problems during your recent stay with us. The room you booked is advertised as having a ' private external bathroom' on Expedia and this was also reiterated in your personal confirmation letter from us, allowing you to change rooms if this was not suitable. The bathroom is lockable from inside and out, and bathrobes are provided for your stay. All other rooms have En-Suite bathrooms so it is not necessary for anyone else to access your bathroom. The safe has been tested, and is in working order and clear instructions are left for it's use. If we had been made aware of these issues, we would have had the opportunity to address them at the time to ensure that your stay was more enjoyable.
