I don’t think I will have enough words to describe how old and dirty this Hotel is!! The stairs, the walls, the garbage full and dirty, the, staircases are filled with trash, the bathtub was stained, the lights in the room were falling and half part bulbs were not placed, the towels are very old, Microwave wasn’t working I never stayed in a hotel like this in my life, I will post this on social media, because my money for two rooms wasn’t worth the service I received.

I know for sure that I accidentally left a couple of items behind.. and they claimed I didn’t. Very sad that someone would take another person’s belongings. My own fault of course for leaving them but I would expect some honesty and decency coming from “professionals”.

Didn’t have high expectations. Room appeared clean but smelled, sink stopper was stuck and wouldn’t drain, toilet sluggish when flushed and not a convenient location. Closest place to get coffee was a 2 mile drive. They did have coffee makers in the room, but I never use them, not sure they get cleaned thoroughly. Only needed a place to spend a night while on the road, but I wouldn’t recommend or return to this place.

This experience was awful. I arrived and the whole situation was sketchy. The rooms are old, dirty, broken, paint peeling, smelled of smoke. The property had many undesirables wandering around, hanging over the 2nd floor railings, lurking. The first room they gave me was deplorable-broken plumbing, peeling wall paint, smelled like stale smoke. It looked NOTHING like the photos posted!!! I complained and asked if they had something better. The manager walked me to another room, it was worse!!! I asked if I could get a refund because the hotel is severely misrepresented online and I did not feel safe. The front desk manager said he could not refund me, only the GM could, but I would have to call him tomorrow but he is not sure if he would refund me or not. I told him I didnt feel safe and he explained they have an ARMED security guard walking the property and introduced me to him. He showed me a 3rd room on 2nd floor and it was better, but still pretty dank. I ended up taking that one, but was uncomfortable all night with the activities around the property. The mattress was horrific, super uncomfortable and the toilet only flushed if you held the handle down for about 90 seconds. There was either feces or chocolate on the chair, I wiped the whole room down with bleach wipes. The tub was stained and dripping, and the drain broken. I have stayed at Red Roof Inns previously (last 3 yrs) and never had a problem. This one should be demolished - heed my warning. Super seedy!
