Hotel carino, ordinato e pulito. Non capisco però come possa avere 4 stelle, tante quante altri hotel di prestigiose catene presenti in zona. Ho trovato assurdo pagare 1 euro per aver chiesto la stampa di un documento di una pagina.

Buona esperienza del soggiorno in Tirana per il Gala del soprano Ermonela Jaho all'Opera nazionale. In una città invasa da italiani la reception parla solo inglese ed albanese e forse si potrebbe pur fare uno sforzo nello spiccicare qualche parola nel nostro idioma. Per il resto l'albergo ha splendide camere, ad un passo dal centro. Purtroppo il televisore ha solo i canali albanesi per quanti vogliano o sono costretti a rimanere in camera.

Es gab keine Duschbrause mussten extrem lange warten auf service und sie waren extrem unfreundlich. Beim Check-in wollten sie das wir nochmal zahlen obwohl wir es via Kreditkarte schon im Voraus bezahlt haben und dan wollten sie noch einmal extra Taxen obwohl das auch schon bezahlt war.
