The staff were really friendly, the premises were spotless and aesthetically the hotel looks great. Special requests were accommodated and the hotel had great amenities. Very easy to communicate with, we had a great time here. I would recommend to anyone visiting Albania to stay there.

Very beautiful and modern hotel. The beds were insanely comfortable. Only thing I would complain about is the breakfast it was very subpar, but aside from that it’s a great hotel.

Good if you can handle air conditioning.

Hotel lacs proper air circulation. Rooms were very hot. Hallway air was stale and still and hotter than the rooms. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Also lots of loud music playing nearby until 12:30 am. Situated on very busy street.

Wir haben uns aufgrund des SPA`s für dieses Hotel entschieden. Als wir ankamen, hiess es, dass es ausgebucht ist. Ausserdem fand an diesem Abend ein Event statt und wir konnten bis 2 Uhr Nachts nicht einschlafen, wegen dem Lärm.

Where hospitality meets service

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality that instantly made us feel at home. The staff was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. The hotel was spotless throughout – from the lobby to the rooms, everything was perfectly clean and well-maintained. Our room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and offered all the comfort we could ask for. The bed was comfortable - not suitable for adults on the sofa bed though , and the attention to detail in the interior design really made it stand out. Service was top-notch. Whether it was room service, reception, or housekeeping, everything ran smoothly and professionally. It’s clear the staff takes great pride in their work. All in all, this was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had. We would gladly return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and pleasant stay.

Het ligt wat verder van het bruisende centrum, maar het is goed te doen qua afstand. Het is heel netjes en vriendelijke personeel. Prijs restaurant is ook schappelijk. Kamer was zeer ruim en ook heel comfortabel. Badkamer heel schoon en voorzien van toilet artikelen. Kortom super!
