Because of its size the Garden House is much more than a cottage. Set amongst a beautifully manicured garden, this property has good outdoor space, and the kiwifruit orchard around it offers privacy.
Set amongst a beautifully manicured garden, the Garden House is a little bit different architecturally and a bit 'retro', with a comfortable vibe. A good option for a group, and a good location to use for a base for day trips to explore the dunes, the town, and the surrounding areas. The house has several living areas - a sitting area, and also a TV/games room. Both living areas have a TV. and there is also a TV in one of the bedrooms. The property is all on one level with good accessibility, and has a good outdoor living space/BBQ area. The kitchen has a central dining table, that can seat 10 and plenty of workspace. In the midst of a kiwifruit orchard this property is private and set back from the road, therefore a quiet and secluded place for a holiday.

Great place for familes
This property has so much space and was wonderful for us (3 adults and 4 kids). Having two lounge areas was fantastic! Communication from the property manager was excellent. The property was lovely and quiet and only a few minutes drive from the beach. Loved our time here.
