Accessed via an exterior staircase, the upper floor offers a spacious living and dining room of 60 square metres equipped with a flat-screen satellite TV and air conditioning, with direct access to a terrace. This level includes 1 bedroom with 2 folding beds measuring 90 cm by 200 cm and air conditioning, 1 bedroom with a French bed measuring 180 cm by 200 cm served by a shower, bidet, and WC, and 1 further bedroom with a French bed of the same dimensions. A second open kitchen on this floor is fitted with 4 hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, complemented by an additional shower, bidet, and WC.
