We offer you a very cozy and, above all, separate apartment for you alone. The location in the wonderfully idyllic Tittling in the Bavarian Forest is very special. Only 150 meters from the house is the so-called Danube Cycle Path, on which you can take beautiful bike tours. There are also beautiful hiking destinations such as Rachel, Lusen or the Arber in the vicinity. Another great advantage is the short distance to Passau, in less than 20 minutes.

Schöne Wohnung in ruhiger Lage

Die Wohnung ist sauber, gut ausgestattet und liegt sehr ruhig. Der Garten ist wunderschön angelegt und war fĂŒr unseren Hund der Renner. Es sind einige Restaurants in laufweite und auch ein BĂ€cker ist gut zu erreichen. Tittling ist ein wunderschöner Ort und prima gelegen fĂŒr AusflĂŒge. Der einzige Nachteil (was aber gut zu ertragen war) ist, dass kein Parkplatz in unmittelbarer NĂ€he vorhanden ist. Wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen.

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Der Aufenthalt von einer Woche war sehr abwechslungsreich. Wanderungen an der Ilz und Vils waren der Höhepunkt. Schwimmen in den Seen sowie Radfahren auf der ehemaligen Zugstrecke sind sehr empfehlenswert.

Sympathische Vermieter. Die Wohnung bietet alles was wann braucht um sich wohlzufĂŒhlen. Gute Lage fĂŒr AusflĂŒge. Supermarkt, GetrĂ€nkemarkt und Apotheke in 2 min. mit dem Auto erreichbar. Gasthaus fusslĂ€ufig zu erreichen, wir haben immer sehr gut gesessen. Der Garten hat Hanglage was das Spielen mit der Fellnase schwer macht. Auf der Terrasse lĂ€sst sich der Tag gut ausklingen.

Sehr gemĂŒtliche FeWo mit Sauna

Monika und Edwin sind sehr gastfreundliche und nette Vermieter. Die Wohnung ist sehr hochwertig eingerichtet, gerĂ€umig, sauber und vollstĂ€ndig ausgestattet. Das Highlight ist die Sauna und die schöne sonnige Terrasse. Der Check in war total unkompliziert. Auch Hunde sind hier willkommen. Lobenswert war auch das nĂ€chtliche Abschalten des WLans 👍
