The staff member that checked us in was very friendly and accommodating. Although we had no interaction with the food staff member we did see her with someone else and she was very friendly to them as well. The room was clean although there was no body wash in tub/shower. Sat by pool for a little while but that area felt uninviting and one of the doors in to pool area did not work. That area could definitely use some updating.

This place does unfair business practices I canceled my reservation because I booked the wrong night I canceled before 11:59 pm on 12/20like my reservation stated for a full refund and they charged me anyway I will never do business with them again unless my credit card is credited.

The room was clean, the receptionists Jessica was great. And the other elderly lady the next morning took care of my request efficiently. The blonde receptionists with a long braid, was rude and very unfriendly for a receptionist greeting staff and the next morning she was running the breakfast and she is so unfriendly that I chose to do without toast so that I would not have to deal with her.

My stay at the hotel breakfast was good area was clean very polite, but I didn’t like. What’s the stay in the room the blankets the cover sheets have blood stains the bathroom The toilet paper holder was broken, and there was dust in the edges.
