2nd floor 2 bedroom 1 bath "beachy" condo with Florida porch, recent renovations. Not lived in/rented since before Pandemic (super clean). This is your safer winter vacation /save-your-family-vacation deal.

Available December-January (maybe Feb. ) for seasonal rental of 1 month total in 2022 only, (plus remaining days in December 2021 preferred). 1 block to Indian River and 1/2 block to new Titus Landing mall, restaurants, shopping, Downtown Titusville/ Space Museum. Directly across the Indian River from the NASA Rocket Assembly Building and launch pads.

Close to NASA tours, Playalinda Beach (first rate surfing), Canaveral Seashore and Merritt Island wildlife area, world-class birding. skydiving, water sports, golf. 60 minutes to Disney, Orlando. 30 minutes to Daytona, Cocoa Beach.

Equipped kitchen, just replace food you use besides breakfast items.

*Sofa and loveseat delivered after pics taken.

Rent for Dec-Jan and I will throw in 2 night motel stay near Disney/Universal for Dec. 29-30- free.
