Dos veces mencione que tenia VIP access y me respondieron, que NO aparecia en su sistema, les ensene mi reserva y aun asi insistieron en que lo sentian mucho pero que NO tenian nada. No se me otorgo NADA, ni late check out, ni beneficio alguno. Pesimo! Baños del area de la alberca cerrados, Baños del area spa, cerrados!

There’s no AC. The toilet seat was old beat up. House keeping was terrible and took forever to clean the room! There’s no elevator and if you stay on the second floor good luck when you have to check out since bellhop doesn’t help at all!!

Probablement le plus bel hôtel deTlaxcala. Un bâtiment historique, jolis jardins, jolies fontaines, situation idéale sur la plaza de la Constitucion. Déjeuner généreux.

El hotel bien, pero su personal no está debidamente informado y la atención es muy cortante. Tuve que pagar una multa por que no me supieron orientar bien en cuanto al estacionamiento.
