I loved staying here, very organized very clean and staff are always willing to help with a big smile no issues at all, I requested more towels and received them in less than a minute, and I locked myself out of the room and the staff immediately issued me a new card key, the area around the hotel is in the heart of Tokyo where you can do a lot without even taking the Metro. 10 out of 5 stars love.

Nice hotel and great location near transit

Room was tiny, but I think that’s common in Japan. It was very quiet. It was the cleanest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. Plenty of comfort accessories. Great maid service. Location was perfect for us. Staff were very accommodating.

2nd time at this hotel .very convenient for everything , especially proximity to shinjuku station . 7/11 convenience store and starbucks directly outside hotel . also was great having the rooftop spa and onsen to have a soak after a busy day sightseeing .

The street outside was very noisy until midnight. In addition, I was suddenly woken up by the radio in the room in the middle of the night, which was outrageous and intolerable and unacceptable.

Maybe another hotel next time...

Did not clean our room (stayed for 3 nights) nor emtied the trashcans. Extreamly small rooms that smelled sour and poorly ventilated. The fact that the hotel is located in Tokyos "red light district" was a surprise, at least to us.
