As always, wonderful front desk staff and clean rooms. I ran into the housekeeping staff for the first time in years, and they were so friendly and kind! I also checked out the laundry room for the first time, although I didn't use it--I think it's such a nice amenity to have. I also love the little items available in the room, like the hair elastics and green tea powder sachets.
