Been staying at dormy inn hotels at various places since we started travelling to japan and mostly has been quite good albeit the service $ hospitality at this location seems lacking (compared to other dormy inn locations) but also could be due to cross border tension currently happening. Ameneties and location has been convenient albeit rooms on the smaller sides but quite common in tokyo area. The only downside is the hospitality unfortunately

Rooms are very small. There is a motion sensor light that goes off if you move around too much in your sleep. This happened a few times to us in the middle of night and woke up the whole family. Bathroom smelled like sewer.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. The Onsen facility was great and just right size. They had free Onsen frozen treats to refresh and also had free late night homemade ramen - such a Bonus!! Love this hotel, its close to JR and subway stations, walking to main shopping areas and very quiet and always safe area. The price per night is on point, could not asknfor more. Excellent.

We arrived on Tokyo and we were able to check in on time. Our room was available and checkin was easy. The room was clean and modern. It was small but all of the details and needs were met. The hotel has a public bath on the top floor as well as a space to reheat food and read. There is also free ramen at night and a restaurant in the hotel. The staff were great and I can't think of anything else I would expect out of this hotel for it's adorable price. I would stay here again on my next trip

Great location between Akihabara and Ueno, very walkable! The staff were gracious and patient with us Americans. Wonderful amenities as well. My only regrets were not getting the breakfast add on (their breakfast was amazing!) and having tattoos, the onsen looked so welcoming and peaceful. Would definitely stay again!

Staff was very helpful and nice. It was a beautiful hotel and the rooms were very clean. The upstairs area with baths and manga were very cute. Would stay here again. It was a retreat away from busy days!

Love this place: excellent breakfast, wonderful onsen, free popsicles and manga to read. Rooms are looking a bit aged these days though, and can use to be improved.

We chose this hotel because it had the onsen, and it was a wonderful perk. The breakfast was really good, too. Everything was great, except I would warn people who are a little bit larger, that the double bed could be smaller than they’re used to for two people.

Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, they made me feel completely welcome and comfortable. Room was clean, everything funtioned well. Location was perfect, very close to Seuhirocho station, 711 and Akihabara. I was unable to use the onsen as I have tattoos so I do not have any detail in that regard, the 9th floor where it was located had a helpful laundry space to clean and dry clothes and a reading corner with manga and vending machines to pass the time while you waited for your laundry. I enjoyed my stay very much, thank you!
