Been staying at dormy inn hotels at various places since we started travelling to japan and mostly has been quite good albeit the service $ hospitality at this location seems lacking (compared to other dormy inn locations) but also could be due to cross border tension currently happening. Ameneties and location has been convenient albeit rooms on the smaller sides but quite common in tokyo area. The only downside is the hospitality unfortunately

We chose this hotel because it had the onsen, and it was a wonderful perk. The breakfast was really good, too. Everything was great, except I would warn people who are a little bit larger, that the double bed could be smaller than they’re used to for two people.

Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, they made me feel completely welcome and comfortable. Room was clean, everything funtioned well. Location was perfect, very close to Seuhirocho station, 711 and Akihabara. I was unable to use the onsen as I have tattoos so I do not have any detail in that regard, the 9th floor where it was located had a helpful laundry space to clean and dry clothes and a reading corner with manga and vending machines to pass the time while you waited for your laundry. I enjoyed my stay very much, thank you!

I booked this hotel to experience Japanese like accommodation such as room design which is small and expensive as expected and the hot bath/spa pool. Unfortunately, it was only a short stay so only tried once. The room has a compact design with complete facilities including japanese bidet. It was quiet even with our room was in front of the road. The breakfast was included with my booking and it was substantial to fill you up though definitely it is more of Japanese foodl. I loved the experience. It was also near transportation (metro station) including an elevator exit approximately 4-8 minutes walk. We arrived from Narita airport and taking the train, 1 transfer so overall took us an hour to get to the hotel. I recommend having the Qr code ready via Japan visit website so you can go out faster. No need to book train tickets in advance but having a Suica/Pasmo card loaded on your phone with money/charge was bit cheaper compared to buying a physical ticket even through there are different transportation counters and ticket kiosk in Narita airport. It was really convenient. I cannot comment or recommend transportation from the hotel to Haneda airport as we checked out a day earlier to stay with my mother's friend who speaks Nihonggo in Kamata area and we took JR train via Akihabara station and then took the taxi early morning to go to Haneda airport and cost us 3700 yen for about 20 minutes drive. Overall, for first timers we enjoyed our Japan experience!

Very much recommend this hotel. Staff are nice, great price and location, and the onsen is great. The only downside is the rooms aren't that soundproof between floors (was awoken by a squeaky door upstairs). But would definitely stay again.

Close to the center of Akihabara, has a nice bath in the terrace and even free milk/ice cream!! Oh, also, if you like manga and can read Japanese, they have some free manga you can read as well! I stayed for a couple of nights but it was very pleasant.
