Front desk staff were very helpful and friendly when the check in kiosk gave me issues. My requests were accommodated and I got a room that is clean and quiet. Breakfast buffet had varieties of food and was reasonably priced. Lots of restaurants and stores nearby. Would be better if there were an onsen or a gym on site but overall it was a great stay. Will not hesitate to stay here again.
