Excellent 1 night stay - we wanted to be in centre of the city for shopping and food- so location was key and hotel perfect. Lovely helpful staff, very nice family room with great facilities. We left early for a flight so didn’t have breakfast but would highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is in East Ginza, near the Kabukiza and Tsukiji. Lovely property. Friendly staff. Great room. The Bach music is a bit tiring but I didn’t spend too much time in the lobby.

Bed is extremely comfortable with a soft and cloud like duvet. Truly appreciate the bed linens are changed everyday without asking. One should expect the bed linens and towels to be refreshed everyday at a hotel. The go green idea shall not exist when you are staying at a hotel. There’s a convenient store just beside the hotel 3 mins walk away. Lovely location.
