Shuttle service to Disney and the train station was super convenient. We are a family of 6 and the room service made sure to stock our room with complimentary water daily as we went through it fairly quickly. The front desk staff assisted me with a taxi mishap by translating for me which was a lifesaver. Would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff were very nice and helpful. The free shuttle bus made it wasy to get to Disneyland. Staff also helped us ship our luggage to our next destination. I definitely recommend this hotel very kid friendly as well.

Excellent location to stay if visiting Disney Tokyo. They also have a convenient shuttle to subway overall great experience

Only thing that is painful is the hotel is way far from tokyo city and hard to keep up with timed attractions.
