Came for business purpose to Tokyo We stayed at the main building and got upgraded to the junior suites The services are impeccable! The front desk was super efficient , concierge was super helpful and nice. The junior suites are large and spacious, bed is very big and comfortable. The furniture in the room is a bit outdated - but I think it adds some character to the room. Everything is super clean and well maintained This is a true 5 star hotel - Highly recommended

Comfortable in every conceivable way

The Imperial Hotel was so wonderful! The rooms are comfortable, especially after a long day of travel. The amenities are generous, and the staff so helpful and friendly.

Great property with many dining options (also for children) and friendly staff. Rooms and hotel are a bit worn down and need a renovation to keep a 5-star standard.
