Our stay was great. We ended up with a room that fits up to 6, and it was so nice to have room to move around unlike other Tokyo hotel rooms. The washer/dryer and kitchenette came in really handy. Very close to a Ginza line subway station with a Seven Eleven nearby so it was all very convenient. Room as clean, well maintained, and staff was helpful.

We loved the place. We cooked A4 wagyu steak in the room. There is an all in one washer and dryer in room! The main Asakusa area was 10-15 minutes walking distance. You can catch the bus and walk less but we decided it would be better to just walk.

I like this hotel, and I'm going to stay here again. It is nice for families that have babies/toddlers/kids. My son loves the television that we can connect to YouTube, and he can run around the room.

Overall the stay was comfortable. The hotel was easily accessible to the train station with convenience stores and eateries around. We were upgraded to the deluxe room which made the stay all the more pleasant with the extra space. The room was well equipped with all the necessities as well.

Our second time staying at the hotel and it was with a larger group. The extra room with sliding door was great and location was fantastic. It is little further out but we wanted to have a slower quieter stay and it achieved just thay.

We booked four hotels for this trip. they are the only one asked us to pay extra money for our two children upon arrival. The reason they gave us is because when I booked, I clarified my children's ages under 2, Which is not true. I use expedia to book all hotels at the same time, with all same personal info. And when we stayed there, I found at least 2 more families has the same issue when they check in. Be really careful when you're booking. I would suggest you to contact them to confirm everything before the deadline that you can cancel it.

Great family hotel with spacious room

We went as a family of 5, 3 adults and 2 kids. The hotel gave us a free upgrade which made the sleeping arrangement very easy and fun. Room is surprisingly big with useful kitchen utilities. The hotel is very clean and steps away from convenient store and subway station.

Overall great stay. Only downside was 1 elevator & it was slow. Stairs only available for staff. Very spacious room for my husband son & I. We had the standard w 2 twins & bunkbed. Very clean & roomy. Love how the toilet was separated from the shower. Fridge is bigger then normal hotel ones which held alot of our 711 treats. Train station few feet away not bad at all plus 711. Had the window facing the tower so beautiful at night. Definitely recommend staying here vs Apa dwn the str or a small hotel room.

The washer also doubles as a dryer, and was located in my room. This really reduced my need to bring several arrivles of clothes. The bath was large amd accommodating for a man my size (6'2" 270lbs) so I was able to soak my bones each night. TV was a great size and has accessable HDMI ports Fridge, freezer, electric stove, microwave, toaster oven, kettle, you have all you need for food prep and cooking. And lastly the staff were all incredible. Some speak English, and others can meey you half way if you know a little bit of Japanese. Easily the best hotel I've been to in the 8 trips to Japan I've taken.
