The lobby is bright and welcoming with a convenient store near by. The room is clean and has a separate shower, toilet and double sink which is very convenient for a group of 4 people. Breakfast is included and serves delicious Japanese food. Strongly recommend.

The stay was wonderful, with the friendly staff and breakfasts. The hotel's location is very quiet and close to train stations for getting around the city. The beds were comfortable and the daily cleaning was 100%.

LOVED my stay here. rooms were so spacious. perfect for my group of three. definitely my favorite hotel from my entire trip. the location was a tiny bit of a walk from a station, but can’t complain honestly.

There are elevators that bring the guests to all floors (Expedia incorrectly listed it has having no elevators). Food selection for the breakfast buffet was great, menu alternates every other day. Our room was spacious & clean. Staff was courteous. This will be our default hotel when we visit again.

Great Place

Great space and close to bus and train stations. Great breakfast and very friendly and helpful staff. Had supermarket and pharmacy a block away. Only complaint are the pillows. Besides that it was great.

There was one staff member who didn’t speak English. I can speak some Japanese but we had a very difficult time communicating with each other. Didn’t realize it would cost an extra 4,000 yen for sheets for the pull out bed. There were 4 of us in a room, but only 2 pillows with pillow cases on them. When I tried to explain we need 2 more pillow cases, he just looked at me. There are so many hotels in Tokyo, and unfortunately would not stay at this one again. The carpet in the check in area and our room were dirty, our kids didn’t want to take a shower because it was dirty. Thankfully only stayed here one night to go to the Toyosu fish auction the next morning. Side note- it’s almost a 1 mile walk to Toyosu.
