Spring break with teens in Tokyo

We travelled to Tokyo for 13 days over spring break 2025 with two adults and three teens The house is perfect for a family of 5 IMO, the 4th floor served as the primary suite, the 2nd floor beds were perfrect for my two younger teens, and my oldest was comfortable on the 3rd floor bedroom off the kitchen. We lived in Japan for 5 years and I much prefer visiting when staying in a house vs hotel. Having laundry and full kitchen is a huge perk. FYI this property has very steep stairs - if you have large/heavy luggage, it will be a bear to get up and down with it. This home felt very unique and memorable -- not a traditional western style home at all! We loved this place and will stay again - management team was very attentive and helpful.

Really cool house with luxurious space

Modern architectural stay, but not quite as expected

A group of us stayed three nights last month. Tokyo doesn't have many great short term rental options generally so we took a chance on this. Great neighborhood, beautiful architecture. But it's really two bedrooms plus a platform area open to kitchen and sofa beds. Steep tight stairs make it more for younger people. I'd recommend for one or two couples. Also I had some trouble communications - never heard back on questions.

Immense, magnifique, atypique, ultra propre et confortable ... on est fan !

Immense maison d'architecte toute en béton, sur 3 niveaux (au desssus du rez de chaussée) articulée autour d'un escalier un peu raide (mais on ne porte les grosses valises qu'à l'arrivée et au départ). 2 chambres sont vraiment indépendantes et la 3e communique avec l'espace cuisine/salle à manger/salon par quelques marches. Le quartier est calme et chic, il y a plusieurs métros à 10mn, quelques restaurants et supérettes à proximité immédiate. La maison a tout le confort, en particulier la climatisation bien précieuse quand la température ne passe pas en dessous de 26 degrés la nuit, le wifi haut débit, lave et sèche linge ... La maison était extrêmement propre, confortable et agréable Rien à redire ...
