The hotel is ideally located close to Tokyo station, transport, shopping and restaurants and convenience stores.Narita AirPort Express bus is available at the station. Staff are super friendly , speak English and help you in every way. Has laundromat in house. Small eateries close by . Housekeeping is good and efficient and replenish toiletries daily . Rooms are small but quite efficient . Very good value for money . Have decided to use Nest chain in Japan : predictable and friendly!! No unpleasant surprises !

This hotel should be renamed “the Noisy Nest.” It was the most unrestful stay I have ever had. Although billed as within walking distance from Tokyo Station, walking to the hotel involves carrying one’s bags up two flights of stairs and over a highway overpass. Said highway runs right by the hotel. The hotel is constructed on a sliver of land right by the freeway. The hotel is newer, which means the walls are thin, and you can hear trucks, motorcycles, and traffic all night rumbling by. Earplugs are available at the front desk, and don’t work. I stayed on the fourth floor and I can only imagine what it would be like on a lower floor. The rooms are small and each floor is basically a short hallway with about 10 rooms on one side. There was a six inch gap between our twin beds, which took up the entire room. Many reviews said the hotel was clean, and it was. But it was very uncomfortable. There was no space to put your suitcase once you opened it except on the bed. There was no place to hang your coats except on a rack on the wall. The bathroom was tiny and your knees almost touched the door when you sat on the toilet. The breakfast consists of one coffee machine, a box of croissants etc, and a microwave where you could heat them up yourself if you wanted. There was a 7-11 across the street, but for a restaurant or cafe you had to head back towards Tokyo station. But the noise, noise, noise, noise! It was a very noisy Nest.
